Payment Policy
Reservations must be 100% paid in advance to reserve dates.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposits are pre-authorized and not billed unless there is damage to the house. Smoking inside the house will result in entire security deposit being held.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Less than 14 days there is no refunds.
